Produced by Janier at Finca Buenos Aires. For this microlot, cherries were strictly picked with the same level of ripeness, exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 28 hours after pulped and shadow dried in parabolic beds to ideal moisture content.
Janier’s farm is located in Berlin, Planadas at an extremely high altitude. Since 2017 Janier has sold his coffee way above the commercial price. Janier was one of the first growers in Planadas region to produce microlot quality. These days Janier focuses on producing washed coffees in Planadas while planning to plant some Pink Bourbon at his farm. This lot came in 5th place at EXPO PLANADAS 2019. Located in Planadas, Tolima
